As a

Care Assistant , you’ll be providing essential care and support to older adults in their homes. Your tasks will be varied and may include: Personal Care:

Helping with daily hygiene routines, dressing, and mobility Meal Support:

Preparing meals and assisting with feeding Medication Assistance:

Helping clients manage their medications Companionship:

Providing conversation, company, and emotional support Pet Care:

Assisting with feeding and walking pets Social Outings:

(upon completing the Care Certificate) Paid travel time

and wait time between clients 45p per mile

However, experience in a care setting, or a passion for supporting older people, would be beneficial. What’s most important is that you: Are compassionate

– you’ll be building meaningful relationships with your clients Are reliable

and can commit to regular hours with a good work ethic Can work every other weekend

as part of the role Are comfortable working independently , but also know when to ask for support Live within a reasonable distance
