Work closely with clinicians to meet practice goals and deliver outstanding patient care. Lead and mentor less experienced Dental Nurses, providing training and support. Assist the Compliance Manager and Supervisor in maintaining high standards. Plan and assist with morning huddles to ensure the smooth operation of the practice. Perform routine nursing duties, infection control, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Support compliance efforts, with full training provided for systems like iComply. What We’re Looking For:
Dental Nursing Qualification
(NEBDN or NVQ 3) Dental Nurse Registration
with the General Dental Council GDC Registered
with a portfolio of CPD Minimum of
7 years’ post-qualification experience Lead Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator experience
is a plus Ability to mentor and train junior team members Familiarity with HTM 01-05, GDC, and CQC standards
is essential Excellent
communication skills
and a
pleasant personality
