Fosse Support Services are currently looking for Community Support Workers to join our rapidly growing division.
You may be required to support one of our clients in Gamston, Nottinghamshire.
The shifts will be 17:00pm - 07:00am. This will be broken down into the following:
17:00pm - 22:00pm - Waking shift
22:00pm - 07:00am - Sleep in

The role could involve the following:
- Medication support
- Community based activities
- Attending the day service with the client
- Emotional support
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Assisting or supporting with finances
- Accurate record keeping & meeting individual’s needs
