The Worker will be responsible for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care for clients in all areas of Maternity service. The Worker will ensure the provision of the highest standards of care, reflecting the quality standards and the Trust mission. The Worker will practice clinical skills through experience and completion of Midwifery Skills Competencies and act as a mentor for less experienced Midwives and other staff.
