About the Practice:
They are a reputable and supportive practice that has a purpose-built surgery and offers a flexible and manageable workload. They have a strong admin team to help out and place a huge emphasis on teamwork. You will be a part of a COPD project for the PCN for 6 months with the view to extend starting ASAP! Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Participate in the COPD project. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications: Experience as a Practice Nurse, particularly with respiratory care.
