The salary for this permanent Dialysis Staff Nurse job is £28,407 - £34,581 per annum. Benefits:

Main Duties:

Deliver high-quality, individualised care with a strong focus on patient-centred care.

Mentor and support team members in delivering exceptional care.

Administer safe haemodialysis treatment according to patient prescriptions.

Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts.

Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, service users, and providers.

Adhere to and assist in implementing and reviewing company procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of high standards of patient care.

Commit to evidence-based practice and contribute to evaluating and improving patient care.

Requirements of the Dialysis Staff Nurse:

Registered Nurse

with valid NMC registration.

Experience in renal nursing

is preferred, though not essential.

Strong communication skills

with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Adaptable to change

and able to respond flexibly to evolving situations.

Good interpersonal skills , with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Team-oriented , capable of working effectively within a collaborative environment.
