To participate in professional supervision and training for other occupational therapists, students and therapy assistants. To assist the team lead in planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the service provided to patients, on a day-to-day basis. To provide additional support in the absence of the team lead and to the wider teams as required. To actively contribute to service improvements to ensure practice is of the highest quality, evidence based and meets the needs of the local population.
