An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working alongside children with SEND in an education setting A compassionate personality and values honesty, inclusivity and respect A knowledgeable understanding of safeguarding and ensuring the wellbeing of children The ability to support the pupil in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities Leader Education can offer:
