Job Scope: We are recruiting a Home Care Manager for our client, a well-established provider of Home Care services. As a Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the branch. You will ensure that all care services are delivered to the highest standard by managing a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers, with support from head office teams. As a Home Care Manager, you will be expected to maintain strict adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies. You will also be responsible for overseeing the professional development of your team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and guidance to excel in their roles. In addition, you will play a crucial role in driving the business's growth. You will set clear targets and develop strategies to expand the client base while ensuring that exceptional care standards are maintained. Your leadership will be key to the success and growth of the office. Do you have?

Experience as a Registered Manager (RM) in domiciliary/home care, with a focus on elderly care. NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care. Experience in managing service provision within the care industry. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on compliance, quality, and staff training.
