We are currently recruiting Part Time Registered Dietitian in (Senior Grade) Nenagh Rehabilitation Unit, Tyone Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
Role and Responsibilities
Conduct dietetic assessments and develop care plans for nursing home residents referred to the Dietician.
Triage all referrals and ensure that patients/residents are reviewed within a clinically appropriate timeline.
Provide nutritional support and advice to health care professionals (HCPs) and their patients.
Support Nenagh Rehabilitation Unit, Beaumont Lodge, and Bartra Nursing homes to deliver best nutritional care to their residents, including conducting online or onsite training with staff.
Liaise with acute hospital dieticians to manage relationships with key stakeholders and HCPs.
Develop support materials and resources for HCPs.
Deliver projects as a member of the Bartra Health Care and HCP teams to drive innovative clinical solutions for patients/residents.
Undertake continuous professional development as a member of Bartra Health Care.
Project KPI's and reports to the Director of Clinical Services or Deputy.
Provide own clinical supervision with support from the Bartra Healthcare Team.
Qualifications:
A recognised qualification in Dietetics with an active
CORU Registration .
Full Driving Licence - optional.
