Nursery Assistant (Level 2 or 3 Qualified) - Crawley Location: Crawley Position: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £20,000-£26,000 (Based on Experience and Qualifications) Start Date: ASAP

Are You Ready to Make a Difference in Early Years Education? We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join a thriving nursery in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to support young children in their early development, while being part of a dedicated and supportive team.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care for children in a safe and nurturing environment Support child development through age-appropriate activities and play Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver fun and educational experiences Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods Track children's progress and document key developmental milestones

What You'll Need:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred) A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and learning Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive approach The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
