Role: Behaviour Mentor Location: Aylesbury Full time £100 - £130 per day Start: January 2025 Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives? Do you possess the skills to support students in overcoming behavioural challenges and fostering a conducive learning environment? If so, we want you on our team! This school strives to work with each individual student to improve them individually, promoting mass improvements across the school. They are a Good school with aims to improve consistently. Students are given excellent support and provided the ability to learn knowing they are in a positive class environment. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural difficulties Implement behavioural management strategies in collaboration with classroom teachers and support staff Foster positive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents/guardians Qualifications: Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations A genuine passion for supporting students' social and emotional development Located in Aylesbury, the school is easily accessible via public transport with good train and bus links.
