We have 2 opportunities to join our Bromsgrove team as a level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader Salary: £12.50 to £13.70 per hour Room Leader , temporary/maternity cover Nursery Practitioner , full time permanent, 40 hours a week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, other part time patterns may be considered. Enthusiasm & commitment to delivering high quality childcare. Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, working with children with Special Educational Needs. Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures. A Key Person, building relationships & working in partnership with parents/carers and other family members. For Room Leader role; ability to lead, monitor & support a team of staff to ensure the highest quality of care at all times and liaise with the management team where needed. Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification. Experience working in a children’s day nursery. For Room Leader roles, experience in a team leader role is required.
