This is an exciting time to join Secure Care Services at Northgate Park, Morpeth due to developments within the service. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurses with excellent values to support adults with complex needs in a secure care setting. You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing situations. The Service offers a range of treatment programmes, incorporating individual and group treatments. These therapies are reinforced by a consistent environmental behavioral approach, encouraging individuals to display a positive outlook. As a CNTW employee, you will have access to a great range of training opportunities through our in-house Academy including Coaching, Apprenticeships, and our Leadership Development Programme. Education and Qualification

Post-registration clinical experience Successfully completed the OSCE exam Knowledge and Experience

Experience of working with service users with complex mental health/learning disability needs Clinical Supervision Mental Health/ Learning Disabilities needs Skills and Competencies

Good interpersonal and communication skills Collaborative working Time management You must have appropriate UK professional registration. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020, and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
