A minimum of one year’s experience as a behaviour mentor or in a similar role is required. You will support children with challenging behaviour, providing the necessary assistance. You will work on a 1:1 basis and in smaller groups, overseeing children with different needs, including ADHD, SEMH, and SEN. The ideal candidate should be proactive and ready for complex situations. Experience with Team-Teach and physical handling training is advantageous.
