About the Role: Insight Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Nursery Practitioners to support nurseries within the Croydon area. You will step into a variety of nursery settings in the absence of the regular teacher. Whether you're an experienced educator seeking flexibility or a newly qualified practitioner looking to expand your expertise, this role will help you broaden your teaching experience, develop new skills, and work across a diverse range of nurseries while enjoying the benefits of flexible, varied work.

Supply Nursery Practitioner Key Responsibilities: Adapt to Different Environments - Quickly familiarise yourself with new settings and classroom dynamics, including individual needs and developmental stages. Support Student Learning - Provide academic support and guidance to students, ensuring their engagement and progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Provide Feedback - Offer constructive feedback to parents and staff, ensuring a smooth transition for the regular teacher upon their return.

Supply Nursery Practitioner Requirements: Sound knowledge and understanding of the UK Curriculum. Hold a level 3 or above early years education or equivalent. A flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to working in various settings. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage the children quickly.
