Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, including incident rates, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard identification, emergency response, and safe work practices. Health and Safety Manager Experience & Qualifications Required:
Experience working to ISO accreditation - Managing current company ISO14001 and implementing other ISO. NEBOSH - Occupational Health and Safety or related field. Proven experience as a Safety Manager. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective corrective actions. Strong leadership abilities to influence and drive a culture of safety compliance. Salary:
Dependant on experience Holiday Allowance:
30 days increasing by one day each year of service, to a maximum of 35 days allowance.
