On behalf of a leading care provider, I am currently looking for a Care Home Deputy Manager to join one of their nursing homes within the Stockport area To be considered for this registered Care Home Deputy Manager / Deputy Care Home Manager role you should have previous deputy management experience within the elderly care sector, and you must have some knowledge of medication and care planning.
This is a market leading home and our client are keen to hire a new deputy manager who has worked in high calibre care homes.
The registered home manager / care home manager job role: • Work alongside the home manager to assist in the day to day running of the home. • Oversee the delivery of high calibre care • Provide staff management, support and development. • Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care. Person specification of the nursing home manager / care home manager: • Strong care home deputy management experience • Knowledge of elderly care, medication, clinical knowledge.
