Learning Support Assistant
to join our compassionate team at a
small, high needs primary school
specializing in supporting young children with a range of
Special Educational Needs (SEN) . This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to nurturing vulnerable young learners and creating a secure, trusting learning environment. Responsibilities:
Provide tailored, one-on-one and group support to primary-aged pupils with additional needs. Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individual learning and support plans. Adapt your approach to support the emotional, social, and academic development of each child. Build meaningful relationships rooted in trust, encouragement, and understanding. Qualifications:
Experience
working with primary-aged children with SEN in an educational setting. A
patient, resilient, and adaptive approach
to providing individualized support. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build connections with young, vulnerable pupils. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to best meet each child’s needs. Benefits:
