We are seeking a highly motivated

Product Development Project Manager . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to the design, development, and launch of consumer electronic accessories across multiple brands. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, ensuring project timelines are met, and aligning the project outcomes with the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and post-launch evaluation. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure project objectives are met. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment with project goals. Resource Management:

Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to. Work with procurement teams to source materials and components needed for the development of electronic accessories. Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports, budget tracking, and any issues or changes in scope. Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and certifications. Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the reliability and performance of the electronic accessories. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Strong experience in project management, preferably in the consumer electronic accessories industry. Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of product development processes, especially within the consumer electronic accessories sector. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
