Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday Creating and maintaining great places to live and work delivered by excellent people who care… Purpose of Role We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team across Newport, Southampton & Christchurch. Job Description The Maintenance Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our internal maintenance team covering Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, Mechanical / AC service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery. The role will provide a positive, professional and seamless link between the various integrated supply teams and partner providers proactively anticipating client and customer needs whilst building relationships with building stakeholders. They will play an active role working with our in-house projects delivery team on each site as they deliver asset improvements. Responsibilities Managing a multidiscipline maintenance team across 3 sites Acting as the technical lead on any issues that arise Managing the internal team, including recruitment, induction, training and development Managing subcontracted delivery Monitoring and reporting on agreed KPIs - ensuring performance exceeds required deliverables Creating cost reports for review by the client Embedding a culture of Health & Safety compliance across the team Essential Qualifications/Skills Experience of managing a regional engineering team Experience of managing client expectations Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs Cost reporting expertise Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills In return for your hard work we offer additional training and development, 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays), generous pension contribution, life assurance and much more.
