This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning : Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Team Leadership : Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Quality Control : Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Reporting : Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within the joinery fit out industry or similar. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
