Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Site-based across Berkshire and Hampshire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week, with on-call duties as required

In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for carrying out responsive repairs to social housing tenanted properties, with a particular focus on joinery and carpentry. You'll have a structured daily schedule set by their central support team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service while managing your time effectively.

Carry out repairs and maintenance across tenanted properties, focusing on joinery, doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and general handyman duties. Manage a variety of tasks, including refurbishments and general property maintenance. Work from job tickets or handheld devices connected to a live shared system. Plan and manage your workload independently, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner.
