With 1200+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 28 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Change team, with the addition of a Project Manager.

The opportunity for you As a Project Manager within the Change department, you will be required to manage a variety of projects with a high degree of autonomy. The role will involve building relationships both with the legal departments and business services teams and working with key stakeholders from across the business.

Key responsibilities

Confer with stakeholders to carry out project planning, establishing project objectives, scope, and deliverables to produce concise project documentation.

Create project plans, RAID logs and mechanisms for managing and controlling the delivery of your project.

Run regular project board meetings and liaise with your board members and stakeholders at various levels as required.

Take ownership of your projects, build relationships and organise resources.

Manage the procurement process for the onboarding of new vendors, products and services.

Manage your project budgets, working closely with our Finance and Procurement Manager.

Deliver effective management level communication about the performance of project delivery and risks and issues under management.

Utilise the TW Change Delivery Framework and project management tools to plan, manage and communicate at each stage of the project lifecycle.

Contribute to the sharing of good practice and development of Change Delivery framework templates, assets and processes.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and peers across the firm and positively represent the department to the wider business.

Knowledge, skills and experience

Project management experience of between 3-5 years, working with senior stakeholders and sponsors, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

Highly organised with good time management, able to manage several ongoing projects in tandem.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors and partners.

Analytical, organisational and problem solving skills, with the confidence to challenge and hold stakeholders to account for progressing the project. Proven experience in tailoring your project management approach and techniques according to the project environment.

Professional certification (Prince2 or Agile PM) or equivalent experience.

Holiday (Our basic annual holiday entitlement starts at 25 days, with a further discretionary day of paid leave in December. You may also purchase up to five extra days each year (pro rata).
