MEICA Commissioning Engineer / Lead

A leading Tier 1 water Contractor that operates within AMP 7 & AMP 8 is looking for 2 x MEICA Commissioning Engineers / Leads.

Projects consist of multi-million pound MEICA WWTW and WTW refurbishments, redevelopments, and new builds.

You will carry out day-to-day on-site commissioning activities for various projects ranging in value from £2 - £10 million.

You will report directly to the Commissioning Manager and the responsibilities will include: Carry out day-to-day management, coordination, and delivery of on-site MEICA commissioning activities. Produce regular project reports and MEICA Commissioning Completion Reports on nominated projects. Ensure all necessary MEICA Commissioning documentation is produced in a timely manner and cooperate with Technical Documentation teams to ensure timely delivery of O&M manuals. Ensure the effective integration of assets into the existing works without detriment and risk to service level agreements. Manage and complete off-site testing and pre-commissioning activities by suppliers or others. Minimum Requirements: Water industry project experience. Previous demonstrable experience in a similar MEICA commissioning role. MEICA / civil works multi-disciplined interfacing. Computer literate, particularly with MS Office applications is essential. CITB (SMSTS) and/or CSCS qualified for managing safely. Ability to work to target dates across multiple projects, whilst maintaining output and timescale requirements. Hold a valid full UK driving license. Eligible to work in the UK. Rate:

£420 to £480 p/d
