Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team as a Workplace Coordinator, where you will manage the day-to-day facilities operations for our London office, ensuring smooth and efficient workplace services. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to meet high standards of safety, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

Manage facilities requests, ensuring timely and effective action.

Arrange meeting rooms and events, including moving furniture and other physical activity.

Oversee KPI and SLA reporting for contractors, ensuring all service standards are met.

Supervise daily building inspections, PPM schedules, and reactive work requests.

Develop strong relationships with service providers to ensure quality, service, and value for money.

Act as the main point of contact for all Workplace-related queries, maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

About You

Experience with PPM scheduling and facilities management.

Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.

Knowledge of hard and soft services in workplace environments.

NEBOSH or IOSH certification is a plus.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
