The Role: Lead and oversee QA operations across all production lines, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. Manage the on-site quality team, providing mentorship, training, and leadership. Develop and implement quality processes, procedures, and systems to support efficient and compliant manufacturing. Collaborate with production teams to monitor in-process controls and resolve quality issues swiftly. Oversee the review and approval of batch records, deviations, and CAPAs to ensure timely product release. Conduct regular audits of operations, facilities, and systems to maintain the highest standards of quality. Support regulatory inspections and customer audits, serving as a point of contact for quality-related queries. Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational quality.
About You: Proven experience in a QA leadership role within a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes for solids, semi-solids, liquids, and powders. Excellent understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and industry quality standards. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive improvements, and manage complex quality systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
