Duties of the successful Continuous Improvement & Training Officer will involve:
Ensure that all training programmes & metrics are maintained and incorporate any new processes within training manuals in a timely manner. Support health and safety training ensuring that each and every employee is aware of the company's policies. Conduct staff inductions training new employees on the company's policies & procedures. Lead minor kaizen projects and monitor effectively. Support continuous improvement initiatives. At least 1 year’s experience working as a training officer for a food manufacturer or food grower. Confident with a clear & professional communication style.
