We are currently recruiting support workers in Harwich. We have full time and part time permanent contracts available.

for people living with complex needs, including: An acquired brain injury A learning disability Autism Physical disabilities Mental health Our Support Worker role is an integral part of the team, ensuring the people we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and their wider community. The type of care you provide will be tailored to the needs of the individual. It is an incredibly varied and rewarding role as you will be helping people in your area to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals, and make a very real and positive difference. This role will see you provide support with: Meal preparation and planning Domestic duties Mental wellbeing Personal care Hobbies, activities, and events And much more! As an organisation, we provide support every day of the year; our roles will therefore involve working both weekdays and weekends. Our Support Worker opportunity in Harwich involves working 8-hour shifts either on an early or late shift pattern, with hours of work falling between 07:30 am - 10:00 pm.
