Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care in line with best practices, legal requirements, and company policies Develop person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multi-disciplinary team Ensure the dignity, privacy, and preferences of residents are respected, encouraging their independence and choice Administer medication in accordance with legal and regulatory standards Safeguard and promote the welfare of residents under your care
Essential Requirements: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Care Assistant role Excellent communication and written skills Experience in person-centred care planning A passion for delivering outstanding care
