with strong primary care experience. You will support multi GP practices who are part of the largest Primary Care Network, uniting 10 practices to serve 100,000 patients across
East Suffolk , from
Felixstowe
to Eye, delivering top-tier patient consultations and advising on medicine management and optimisation. Requirements: Registered with GPhC 2-5 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in the primary care. Holds Medical Prescriber experience in a primary care setting.
