We have an opportunity to join us as a Retentions Advisor on a permanent basis where you'll be able to work towards set targets to earn commission in addition to your basic salary. This role is based 3 days a week in Kings Hill office, 2 days working from home. The role: As a Retentions Advisor, you will play a crucial part in retaining our existing customers by providing a high-level service and tailored solutions.

Day to day involves: Providing detailed information about available packages, features and benefits to customers Meeting or exceeding targets and KPI's to contribute to our growth Proactively engaging with existing customers to understand their needs and address any concerns Implementing effective retention strategies to encourage customer loyalty Maintaining a deep understanding of our services, prices and promotions Working closely with our technical support teams to ensure a seamless service delivery and address any technical issues raised by customers Skills and experience: Previous experience in achieving sales targets and driving customer retention A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our customers and internal team members Qualifications: GCSE grade 4-9 in English and Maths Why Trooli: At Trooli, we are passionate about innovation and excellence.
