You will be working for an Engineering Service Group, based across Leyland/Chorley. Their electrical testing services are delivered by competent engineers who use their technical expertise and experience to keep tenants safe. In your new role, you will be supporting the Customer Services Team as part of the social housing team. Every 5 years, electrical testing is required on each house. The engineers will send a report to you with any work that has been done. You will be required to keep track of the paper trail and complete invoicing, highlighting any discrepancies that may arise. To be successful, you must have some experience in the financial sector. You will be working on CRM and other bespoke in-house systems. You will need to be organized and have good timekeeping skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is important as
