Locum Dentist for Maternity Cover
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dentist to join our award-winning practice from April 2025 for 10 months as maternity cover with the potential of becoming a permanent position. As part of the NHS Wales reformed contract, you will NOT be focused on UDA targets but will provide evidence-based care centered around clinical need, allowing you to maximize earning potential. The working hours will be up to 4 days per week, Monday – Thursday: 8:30 – 17:00. You will be looking after a well-established and well-maintained NHS patient list with an exceptional attendance rate. You will also care for a small number of private and plan patients. You will receive full support from a multi-disciplinary, proactive clinical and administrative team including dentists with special interests in implants, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, anterior alignment, and full mouth rehabilitation. Ruabon Road Dental Practice was extensively refurbished in October 2024 into a state-of-the-art contemporary 10 surgery practice with a Digital Imaging Suite housing a CBCT and two iTero scanners. Ruabon Road is in an ideal location and easily accessible, just one mile from the A483 link road to Merseyside, Shropshire, Cheshire, and North Wales. Wrexham is close to the vibrant cities of Chester, Manchester, and Liverpool and near to the countryside, beaches, and mountains for relaxing or outbound activities.
