We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a part-time permanent basis. This position is for our Lambeg branch working Monday-Friday 2.00pm-6.30pm. Duties will include all areas of reception. You will work at our front desk greeting, welcoming, and checking in our clients with their pets. Other duties include: Answering telephones Processing payments Scheduling appointments Assisting with the selling of pet food/shop items Maintaining the waiting room/reception areas and ensuring they are kept clean and organised This post would suit someone who has excellent communication skills, computer skills, and who is keen to work within the veterinary profession and enjoys working with animals and their owners. Glenburn Vets is a 3-site first opinion practice with clinics in Crumlin, Glengormley, and Lisburn. We have an experienced team of 7 vets, 4 RVNs, 3 SVNs, and 11 support team members. We are a well-equipped practice with ultrasound, digital radiography, fluid pumps, and more. We have very experienced vets with over 40 years of experience, a vet with a certificate in surgery, and a nurse with a certificate in anaesthesia.
