We are working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking for a Facade Technician/Inspector to join their Facade and Building Envelope team.
The role involves working on facades across multiple built environment sectors including residential, student accommodation, and mixed-use projects.
The role will involve undertaking intrusive investigations of existing buildings, collating data for FRAEW processes, and undertaking due diligence reviews amongst other responsibilities.
The company is based in London but is happy for the Facade Inspector to be based nationwide due to the range of projects they are working on. The role involves hybrid work and regional travel.
Requirements for the Facade Inspector:
3+ years relevant experience within a consultancy Worked on facade, cladding, and fire remediation projects Experience with FRAEW and PAS9980 processes Knowledge and understanding of UK Building Codes and Regulations
