I have advance Parkinson's Disease and I am looking for an honest, reliable, hardworking individual to provide personal physical and practical support. You will need to be friendly, patient, and calm with a consistent approach to the role. You will be proactive and able to work under minimum supervision. I have many interests and love all types of sport (although football remains my favourite). Experience is not essential but desirable; it is more important to be willing to learn about Parkinson’s and how to support me. You will be expected to have had or be prepared to have the COVID-19 vaccine and boosters. A good understanding as well as good spoken English is necessary in this role.
