Your role: As Payroll Team Leader, you’ll: Oversee and manage the payroll team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Support the development and launch of new payroll products. What we’re looking for: Strong technical payroll knowledge, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Experience with high volume payroll. Experience in launching new products or adapting processes within payroll. A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace change and new challenges. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team effectively.
