Employee Benefits Administrator Do you have experience in pensions administration? Are you interested in expanding your knowledge to include healthcare and risk benefits administration? If so, look no further!

We are currently recruiting for individuals with pensions administration experience to join our Employee Benefits teams in one of our Manchester and Scotland offices, on a full-time, permanent basis. We will train the successful applicants on healthcare and risk benefits administration.

The successful applicant will be expected to regularly work from the office, with some flexibility on remote working.

Our offices are in Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen.

MORE ABOUT ROLE

Reporting to an Employee Benefits Team Leader, the successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to a team of consultants, maintaining a portfolio of Employee Benefits for our clients.

The successful candidate will have:

2+ years’ experience in pensions administration/or related role

Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills

Experience in pension administration, risk benefits, and healthcare benefits

Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing

High level of proficiency in MS Office applications and Outlook

Be proactive, able to work on own initiative but also closely with team members

A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Working with a team of client relationship managers, the successful candidate will contact clients, manage, and administrate a portfolio of Employee Benefits while providing continued support to the consultants. You will get to know our clients well and will enjoy helping them to achieve their workplace benefit goals.

Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Work closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients’ needs are met, this may include attending client meetings with the consultant

Management of your own client bank

Maintain strong working relationships with all clients that you work alongside to become a key contact point

Proactively manage all client affairs in a prompt and efficient manner

Plan, organise and prioritise workload to maintain agreed service standards

Communicate clearly and precisely at all levels

Work within the rules and regulations of the pensions regulator

Ensure client records are accurate and kept up to date as per the company procedures
