Job Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the daily operations in the office environment.
Responsibilities: • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organising documents • Utilise office software to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy • Manage and direct customer orders • Assist with new customer enquiries • Assist with company accreditations and compliance • Manage staff training and documentation
Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Familiarity with general administrative procedures • Good phone etiquette for effective communication • Attention to detail • Honest and hardworking team player • An organised approach with the ability to prioritise
