Delivery Assistant - 9 month FTC - 6hrs per week

About the role Our Food and Beverage department is a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our Delivery Assistants ensure that all deliveries are transported through the airport, keeping our premium lounges, bars, cafés, and restaurants fully stocked. Here’s what you will be doing day to day: Accept the deliveries of all F&B items. Inspect the deliveries ensuring any damages are reported. Transport the delivery throughout the airport. Pack the deliveries away into the storeroom. Understand that this role will include working outside in all weather conditions. Fully embody the Airport's ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when you are required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business. Be aware that the Airport is in operation 24/7, so you may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise To undertake this role, you need to have the following skills: The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience of manual handling preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
