An exciting position for an experienced Emergency Nurse to become a Senior Practice Development Nurse working in the Emergency department. The job will include leading on practice development of nursing staff, facilitating E-learning and on-the-job training. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ever-growing and developing Urgent and Emergency Care team. Main duties of the job
Through facilitation, education and training, supports clinical practice in the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs. The post holder will act as a resource to support the professional development of staff, improving practice based upon evidence and research thereby enabling new skills and competencies to be introduced, that will enhance the quality of care delivered to children. The post holder will support the Matron and senior management team in managing both clinical and professional development issues concerning children and young people within the Trust.
