Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated carer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a clinical setting.
Duties:
Assisting patients with daily tasks
Providing personal care
Administering medication
Providing emotional support
Involvement with writing residents' care plans
Ensuring that the resident's needs and wishes are met
Working with other health and social care professionals to provide holistic care.
Requirements:
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
- Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and anatomy knowledge
