Description The former St John the Evangelist Church is a Grade II listed Georgian structure located between Victoria Street, James Street and Richmond Terrace, Blackburn, BB1 6DW.

The proposal is to transform St John’s into a high quality, flexible work space, providing offices, meeting rooms and lettable desks.

The proposed redevelopment forms part of the wider masterplan for the regeneration of the Eastern part of Blackburn town centre and expanding the borough’s commercial offer. The redevelopment will see the creation of four floors of flexible office space (ground, first, second, third), utilising space in the former church and its bell-tower.
