The proposal is to transform St John’s into a high quality, flexible work space, providing offices, meeting rooms and lettable desks.
The proposed redevelopment forms part of the wider masterplan for the regeneration of the Eastern part of Blackburn town centre and expanding the borough’s commercial offer.
