Junior Recruitment Specialist

to join our team. This is a fixed term role for 10 months. What you will do: Proactively source passive candidates using networking, social media, targeted outreach, and CV databases. Build and maintain talent pipelines. Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability and generate leads. Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to find talent. Manage recruitment processes with efficiency and accuracy, from job advertisements to interview coordination. Oversee the recruitment inbox. Collaborate with the People Support team to ensure smooth onboarding processes. Work closely with Recruitment Specialists to align on priorities and sourcing strategies. What we are looking for: Strong networking and communication skills. A highly proactive mindset. Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task. Adaptable and calm under pressure. Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Customer-focused approach, ensuring excellent candidate experience. Essential Requirements: Maths & English Level 2 (or equivalent). Previous experience in recruitment administration or candidate sourcing.
