We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a residential service for young people. Registered Manager responsibilities include: The daily running of the home Staff management Budgets Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times Compliance with all current legislation To be considered for the role you will have: 2 years management experience within young people's services An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted Completion of the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5 Excellent working knowledge of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children's Act 2010 The successful applicant will be rewarded with ongoing career progression, excellent pay, generous holiday entitlement, and future opportunities to progress into senior management.
