Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate correspondence and documents through audio and script typing. Attend and support clients in person, on the telephone, and via email, providing exceptional customer service. Photocopy and distribute posts in liaison with the Business Support Team. Manage files opening and closure in accordance with the requirements of the Law Society and SRA. Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments as required.
Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. They should also be proficient in using various software applications and have a high level of attention to detail. Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
