This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our small friendly Supporter Care team on a 12-month Fixed Term contract.
As a charity, we rely on the generous support from our amazing local community, which enables us to provide vital care to our patients and their loved ones. Our Supporter Care Team puts our supporters at the heart of everything they do, ensuring they feel connected and valued whilst generously supporting the work of St John’s Hospice.
We are looking for a competent administrator and data handler who will process all offline and online supporter donations, ensuring that donations are processed and acknowledged quickly and efficiently. You will also deliver first-class service to all our donors and prospective supporters face-to-face, over the phone, and in writing. This role would suit someone with excellent people skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
This role is for 21 hours per week, to be worked across a Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

£13,158.60 - £13,562.64 per annum (based on 21 hours per week, dependent on pension scheme)

St Johns Hospice Pension Scheme (8% employer contribution) or NHS Pension may be continued subject to eligibility.
