Who we are looking for… A passionate and dedicated Registered Manager who wants to make a difference in young people’s lives by leading a high-quality care environment. You’ll have experience in residential childcare, team development, and a strong understanding of complex care needs. The ideal candidate will be organised, compassionate, and ready to ensure the highest standards of care are provided, with a trauma-informed approach to supporting children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
Essential Requirements and Experience
Minimum 2 years in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care; Level 5 preferred or to be obtained within 6 months
Comprehensive knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage resources effectively
