Break’s Manor, Hatfield, Hertfordshire Rephael House is a mental health charity based in the busy North Finchley area with services in local schools, and outreach services in Hatfield and St. Albans. We are expanding and opportunities arise regularly. We have 3 new positions available in our Hatfield service for young people’s therapists (11-18 years). The role will support 4 young people each week offering long-term support (Mondays and Tuesdays), and time limited sessions of 12 weeks (Wednesdays). The service runs for 44 weeks per year, and Rephael House provides suggested holidays. We will provide you with a professional therapeutic space with all the resources needed at your fingertips. Supervision (on a Monday from 6-8pm, or Tuesday from 7-9pm) and invaluable peer support is provided at no additional cost to you, and is held via Zoom for your convenience. We offer Clinical Team Meetings twice a month on Wednesday mornings from 9:30am to 11:30am. In addition to supervision and peers, our Clinical Managers have over 20 years of clinical experience. We have a fully stocked library of additional reading material to keep your knowledge up to date. How to Apply:
